President Otto Wittenberg brought the meeting to order at 8:00 pm on Thursday, April 20th .
The minutes of the previous meeting were read and adopted as read.
There were five items approved for circulation to plants for posting on the bulletin boards.

The Financial Statement for March was distributed by the Financial Secretary and was adopted as presented.
Business Agent Brent Reid gave his regular BA Report.
Plant reports were provided by members from the following Business Units:

Brother James Monks was nominated and acclaimed to the position of President for a two-year term.
Brother Mike Noble was nominated and acclaimed to the position of Recording Secretary for a two-year term.
Brother Bryan Lesko was nominated and acclaimed to the position of Treasurer for a three-year term.
Brother Jenifer Mathers-Piper was nominated and acclaimed to the position of Trustee for a three-year term.
